Use Case:
Currently, the Forms module in ACC does not allow predefined workflows for approvals, rejections, or conditional routing. This limits process automation and accountability in scenarios where multi-step approval is required, such as safety permits, inspection reports, or quality checklists.
Importance:
Without workflow capabilities, tracking progress and enforcing structured review becomes challenging. Manual follow-ups lead to delays and possible compliance risks.
Expected Benefit:
Adding workflows to forms will streamline approval processes, ensure accountability, and enable automated routing of forms between relevant stakeholders, similar to RFIs or Submittals.
