Standard users of the RFI module can't see the entire question because the "Show more" button doesn't work and actually expand the view so the entire question can be visible. The only way to give someone access to "Show More" they need to be made a "Project Administrator". I have reviewers of different RFI types and it is necessary for them to be able to read the RFI descriptions in order to know who should be answering the RFI.
