View bids online

Right now the only way to view a subcontractor bid is to download it and open it offline.  This seems like a strange thing to be missing from an online bidding platform.  Can you have bids open in a separate PDF reader window please?  That way we can look at the bids without having to download and save all of them, which was supposed to be one of the benefits of Building Connected.

@jeremyTLWYW A workaround for this is the use the "Create Revision" option to view a copy of the bid attachment alongside the bid form.  Then simply close out of it without making a revision.  I agree it would be much better to just have a "view bid" option that shows the attachment. 

@l_stevenson5E2UP An additional feature we would like to see if this becomes an option is to be able to mark-up / annotate the bid PDF's.
