When setting up version sets in "Sheets", the same versions sets should automatically be available in "Specifications." You should have to create the same information in both the "Sheets" module and the "Specifications" module. When construction documents are published by an Architect or Contractor. the "Version Set" for the drawings and the specs usually always match, especially when the 1st versions are published.
