The idea is to control the user not to accessing the ACC Account outside of the office premises. Or the User ID should lock to any particular system, which is specified by the IT person.
Reason for asking this solution. Recently, management has been facing a challenge. Some of the team members who are part of the project have full access to all the folders in ACC Docs. So they are collaborating with the clients and delivering the project details without notifying the management.
