We are concerned with the current security permissions on forms as 'Editors' are able to discard forms that are 'In progress'. You need 'Editor' permissions to complete the form which means anyone can Discard the form. We believe we have individuals that are discarding incomplete forms instead of completing and closing out the form and we have minimal visibility into it. Instead of allowing Editors to discard, it would be nice if only Managers could discard these entries.
This is especially important given that discarded entries cannot be reviewed or seen except for in our own custom Power BI Reports.
