Toggle Sheet Permissions

We need to be able to restrict access to Sheets. If possible, turn them off entirely for a given member. Certain Project members do not need to see all Sheets within a project, such as Vendors, Subs, Consultants. Files offers more flexibility on who can see content, we need that in the Sheets module.

The permissions structure in the Sheet module urgently needs to be revised to restrict access to individual collections. This way, a construction company, for example, should be able to see Collection A but not Collection B. Unlike other modules, the Sheet module lacks the flexibility to control access individually. This change is crucial for enhancing the security of our projects.

The Problem: The Sheets module has project-wide permissions, meaning all users can see all sheets by default. There is no way to restrict access to specific sheet sets, creating a security risk and cluttering the view for users who only need to see certain drawings.

The Solution: Introduce granular permissions for sheets. This would allow project administrators to control access at the collection or even individual sheet level, just like in the Files tool. Administrators could assign permissions based on user, role, or company.

Why It Matters: This feature would provide a crucial layer of security, allow for better information control, and ensure that each project team member only sees the sheets relevant to their work.
