IF you publish a NWD to the cloud .... and add some 4D information (MS Project, CSV,...) you can see in each element selected all the information of the timeliner plan... planned star, finish.... but if you upload this model to the cloud nothing of this is shown... You should add in the properties option all the timeliner information included in Navisworks.
