Build does not have the functionality to tilt a cloud markup to not be parallel with the bottom of the drawing. This makes it difficult to properly cloud parts of drawings that are square but off kilter. The polygon function is useable, but it is not possible to change a polygon shape to have a cloud border instead of a straight line.
