There should be improved identification of comments and markups per user in the Submittals module. In workflows with multiple steps and multiple reviewers, it is currently difficult to track who created each markup. To identify the author, you must open each document in a different tab and check whether a markup existed in a previous revision or is newly added.
This process is time-consuming, especially since teams typically consolidate all markups into a single document. It would be much more efficient if each markup clearly displayed its author and revision context directly, without the need to open and manually compare documents.
