Share screens when contacting support

When contacting Support it can be a very frustrating experience trying to resolve technical queries using chat. I do not understand why Autodesk do not use Teams or Zoom to share screens as a means of resolving technical quires. I have just finished a 1 hour chat conversation with your agent Erika without a resolution to my technical query. 

 

I am sure that my query could have been resolved within 10 minutes if I had shared my screen with your agent. Your agent done her best to help me. My complaint is not about the agent but the method you are using "Chat" to communicate and resolve technical queries. If a query cannot be resolved within 15 minutes on chat then you should consider offering the caller a Teams or Zoom call.
