Scrollable PDFs

Scrollable PDFs

For example, in Sheets, we're not able to scroll through pages. To go to the next pages, you have to click on the thumbnails one by one. Could you make pdfs scrollable? It'd be much easier to navigate through them.

I can see this as being beneficial especially if given the possibility for both viewing options similar to Bluebeam Revu.  1) zoom in to individual pages, and 2) scroll through pages of a long document.

I agree that it's annoying. However you can bypass this by opening it in the browser (click on the 3 dots > open in browser).

Opening in browser is not the solution if you want to make markups / to review.

It is a big loss that scrolling is not possible in .pdf documents.

This is one of the functionalities for .pdf that should be improved.

This idea is often suggested such as: Multiple page PDF navigation: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/acc-ideas/multiple-page-pdf-navigation/...

Thank you for opening this idea! This is exactly what need on our project also! We have a certain number of members who are not the most confident with computers still. This type of 'obstacle' would discourage them from using ACC. Even for completely IT literate project members, this type of navigation does not feel natural as we can scroll through pages in every other document type and platform type.

On 18th August we released continuous scroll PDF viewer built into the viewer directly. For more information see help here: https://help.autodesk.com/view/DOCS/ENU/?guid=Viewer_Settings_Files_PDF
