When you revision a document and then close it down, saving everything to file - if you were to transfer this to a thumb drive would both versions copy over or only one?
It appears that ACC will only save the version that you are currently on, but that does not make sense - why would you not save the whole file - or at least have an option to save the whole file - save "All" or "X Version".
Our clients want all documents at the end of the job, not just the most current version, so this takes way more time than it should - not every person uses ACC so there needs to be a work around for end of job submissions that need to be saved to a thumb drive.
I would love to speak to someone about this. My email is cynthia@yellowridge.ca or you can call me at 604-937-2673. Thank you
