Currently, only project admins can create and manage Title Block Templates. To improve flexibility, permissions should be assignable to specific roles or users, just like with the Package Manager. This allows selected team members (e.g., BIM or CAD leads) to manage templates without full admin rights — enabling more efficient, decentralized workflows.
