We are a subcontractor and are not inviting 3rd parties into our site. We are using "Assign to email" when sending RFIs to the GC. There are several things we'd like to see an improvement on:
- Do not add "non-members" to our Account Member List when we use "Assign to email" in RFIs.
- Only allow attachments to be uploaded since non-members cannot see them if we add a reference from an ACC tool. Only allow PDF attachments since other file types don't seem to make it to the recipient.
- Allow us to see the auto-generated emails that are sent to the non-member and whether or not the email was opened. We currently have to follow up with the GC to confirm the first RFI made it.
- Remove the top hyperlink in the auto-generated RFI emails when using "assign to email". The non-members we send the RFI to are confused when they click the link and get access denied.
