It would be very beneficial to have the Review Status column available even after updating review status and moving to round 2 in the review. Also, update the "Approved-with comments" to hold the value of "Approved-with comments" instead of the value showing as "Approved".

The platform itself is solid overall, but the customer service needs significant improvement. There are no dedicated account representatives, and when support is needed, the only option is to submit a request online. You're then contacted at odd hours—often by someone overseas—and the support team's knowledge is often lacking.

If you miss their call, they close the case and you have to start the process all over again. There’s no direct number to call for immediate assistance, which becomes especially frustrating when trying to resolve small but urgent issues, or when planning to grow and expand our use of Autodesk products.

It feels disconnected from the real needs of business users. While the platform is strong, customer support is equally important—and based on our experience, we're now considering switching providers.
