When defining an approval workflow in Reviews there is an option to copy approved files to a predefined folder at completion of the review.
For several reasons we cannot (don't want to) use the workflow functionality in Submittals. Instead we are firing of a review with the submitted files. At the end of the review we need to send all documents (regardless if they were approved or not) with all feedback back to the contractor. To make this happen we have to do a few steps of manually moving files around and attach them to the Submittal as Final response. Apart from the extra work, this also breaks the links to the documents in the review.
To reduce the manual work it would be appreciated if in the workflow definition of Reviews an option to 'Copy all files' could be added to the existing 'Copy Approved files'.
