It is necessary to add the file names involved in the review process to the reviews module metadata from the Data Connector. Currently, the available data only includes the review ID and other key information related to each flow and step, but it lacks the names of the files under review. From a document control perspective, this information is essential to properly track and follow up on project deliverables. This should be consistent with the transmittals metadata, where the transmittals_transmittal_documents.csv file includes a column for the file name.
