There is an ability in Bid Board Pro to set up internal and external files. When you create a new project in Building Connected Pro that option does not exist. If you create a new project directly from Bid Board into Building Connected Pro the internal files become accessible to all bid invitees. There should be a way to limit access at the folder level so internal files can remain within the platform and ultimately be moved into Build once the project has been won in Building Connected Pro.
