In large-scale projects, it is important to retain the default notification visibility within ACC Approval Workflows, as multiple teams and a large number of users are involved.
Not all workflows require action from every team, but some stakeholders still need visibility to review or download documents. Currently, if the initiator misses notifying a company, role, or user during initiation, those stakeholders will not see the workflow in ACC.
While re-notification is possible when the workflow is active, there is no option to notify them once the workflow is closed.
It would be helpful to have the ability to maintain default visibility or allow post-closure notifications for better traceability and coordination.
