We would like to raise limitation we are currently facing with the Correspondence Module in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). The issue pertains to the inability to extract correspondence data, such as open vs. closed correspondences, either through the Reports or the Insight Dashboards.
Current Challenge:
The project team is actively using the Correspondence module to manage internal and external communication across multiple stakeholders (Contractor, PMC, Client, etc.). However, there is no available option to extract the following key correspondence metrics:
This limitation prevents the project team from tracking and analyzing correspondence—which is critical for follow-up, compliance, and project governance.
Due to the lack of exportable data or integration with dashboards, the team is forced to manually track these metrics outside the system, which is not only time-consuming but also prone to errors and delays.
