Request for Enhanced File-Sharing Settings to Allow Selection of All Project Roles

Hi,

I'd like the ability to share files with all project roles, not limited to those with 'Edit' permissions in the file's folder. Currently, I can only select members individually or by company. I'd appreciate an update to the file-sharing settings.

Just a Question: Why aren't you using a "Transmittal" to share the documents? Are these members from another project?

@Ap.Kofidis  I'm already using Transmittal as an alternative method. However, for us, Transmittal is somewhat more formal in terms of file sharing.

I think a quick way for Autodesk for implement this is to add the 'everyone' role as an option. 'Everyone' can be selected within folder permissions and the same functionality would be useful within the sharing tool.
