For choosing details when generating reports, under Filter, if we're choosing Type, for example, we have several types listed under our Customer Care category and we have to select each checkbox one by one which is tedious and time consuming. Would it be possible to have a checkbox next to the Category so that it would automatically select all types under that Category?
Also, under Fields, we currently have 48 fields as we have several custom fields. If we only need to select two of those fields, we have to deselect boxes 46 times, which is also time consuming. Is it possible to have a bulk deselect/select checkbox instead? It would speed things up.
