We use the locations feature in ACC to define location Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on structural and architectural drawings of a project, so that the locations can be used in Forms & Issues module. One building usually has 3000-5000 different locations (Floors, Apartments, Rooms, Concrete Pours, etc.) and a project may have multiple buildings (12-15 in some cases).
In such cases, we have to create multiple projects in ACC for the same project due to restriction on maximum locations that can be added in a project. This leads to coordination issues, users having to use multiple projects throughout the day, etc.
Removing the limit for number of locations (currently 9999) will help us to setup more buildings of one particular project in ACC.
