I don't know if you're asking the same thing as I've already asked, but I do agree that I would love having the possibilty to have those markup "attached" to a specific issues when needed. Sometimes, I have to present my screen and scroll around all of those issues. I have to prepare myself before to do it in front of client. That said, I have to say that for presentation purpose, I use trimble connect. I use it because I can quickly create some kinda 3D "powerpoint". I just have to set all the view i want to talk about and put all the markup I each view i creaated. Those markup are attached to the view I created, that means, when I clic on the next presentation, even if the next one is around the same area of my previous one, all markup are gone, and the new one have its own markup. Please Autodesk, help us be prepare when we have a meeting.

This would be helpful to do and make the drawing a little less cluttered with all the issue bubbles.  Another option is to select the issue button and then just move it to the mark up, then reference the drawing in the issue.

Every university/healthcare owner, DOT and design customer needs to be able to attach markups or a group of markups to issues. Its a significant blocker as these customers can't standardize on design review workflows effectively without this feature.

Currently, there's no way to track "redlines" which is a significant workflow that happens until CDs or shop drawings are officially published.
