To reduce the possibility of assigning duplicate companies (or forgetting entirely) when adding new members, a "Suggested company" entry at the top of the companies list could be useful. It could work by looking for other members added to the project with identical @email.com providers, and then looking up the company assigned to those members, and recommending that company at the top of the list of available companies when assigning to the new member.
