Some ACC users want to add custom status fields for issues. I think this might make things more confusing and less consistent. Instead, it might be better to add one new status that most users could use.
Right now, we use these statuses:
- Open
- Completed
- Closed
- Not approved
- Pending
The problem is when we need more info from the reviewer. It's hard to track. We could either:
- Add a new status called "Awaiting / Pending info"
- Or just rename "Pending" to "Awaiting / Pending info"
Either of these options would work for us and make things clearer.
