Projects MUST have the ability to un-complete a section, and in doing so, it revokes the signature(s) in that section. This is accommodate situations where the party doing the work goes into an area after an inspection and removes their material or work. We need to be able to revoke the authorization before the entire form is closed so we can fail the work and create Issues from the items in the affected Form section. 'Discard' is not an option on multi-section Forms where other trades have completed those section.
