In the September 2024 release, there is an improvement to the Project Home page where you select projects. The improvement was to the 'Default access' column which now includes Tool selection, not just the product.
Problem is, it only half works.
If opening the project from this Project Home page, it works as expected.
If opening the project from the project selector at the top of the screen while in a project, it doesn't work.
It would be good if the project selector while in a project obeyed the Projects Home default settings.
