As a Client, I find Navisworks very powerful and effective as a tool to coordinate models produced by different suppliers and to build on top of them, for example creating views or adding properties useful for the O&M activities. ACC could maximise the use of these models, making them accessible directly online. However, ACC does not consistently preserve the visibility settings of the Navisworks saved views or the way custom properties (e.g. hyperlinks) are organised in Navisworks. I think this is a massive shortfall of ACC, which is of hindrance to collaboration and use of models within Client Organisations. Furthermore, it looks like the continuous version updates of ACC are getting things worse, rather than addressing the issue. The idea is about making sure ACC works as an effective tool for online visualisation also for Navisworks models, because Client Organisation mostly rely on Navisworks, rather than other software packages (e.g. Revit).
