Possibility to link a Review to a Form is missing

We need a way to link a form to a review.

While reviewing documents, we often have checklists/forms to support the review process.

But there is no way today to connect these things.

Great idea - I have other use cases for a link to a form, especially templates. Check out my suggestion here:
