I’d like to propose a feature enhancement for BuildingConnected. In the Project Overview → Internal Use section, it would be extremely helpful to have a dedicated area for storing project-related links.
Currently, if we want to reference the owner’s website, video walk-throughs, LinkedIn pages, or other external resources, we have to save them in separate Word or PDF documents. This creates extra steps for the team and makes quick access harder.
The request:
Add a configurable “Links” field group in the Internal Use section.
Allow users to add multiple labeled hyperlinks (e.g., Owner Website, Safety Video, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Keep it as simple and flexible as competition fields are today, but dedicated to storing links.
This would centralize all relevant project information within BuildingConnected and eliminate the need for external documents just to hold URLs.
Is this something that could be considered for the roadmap, or is there a current workaround inside BuildingConnected to achieve the same result?
