In Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), when new members are added to a project, they are unable to access transmittals that were sent prior to their addition. Ideally, if a user is added to a company or role that was previously included in transmittals, they should be able to view those records to maintain continuity and context. Without this access, valuable information is lost, and teams may face delays or miscommunication.
