Can a feature be made that let's the signature transpose onto the NDA that will make it legally binding? I know that BC says it is, but having a signature that each GC would be able to print out for legal purposes would be great. I submitted a feature request for this back on Oct 3, 2023.
We did too - also brought it up at AU2024, to which the product team said "Nope."
Description
Provide a better digital trace to who signed NDAs (explain the email traffic, or provide the IP Address to the log, etc) - similar to something like "powered by DocuSign" or 3rd party signature integration.
Business Case
Reports and Excel spreadsheets can be edited... providing a digital trace provides more proof to support the case of proving someone signed the document (electronically).
