Navisworks 2026 Issue Status Mapping - Doesn't follow ACC standards

Navisworks 2026 introduced a Clash Detective clash result status mapping to the ACC Issues status.

But the problem is the concept and order of these statuses in both products do not align very well. This causes confusion.

Starting in Navisworks the problem is quite noticeable with the 'Reviewed clash' and 'Approved clash' settings. In the below screenshot, they are mapped to their default ACC statuses.

When you then review the Statuses in ACC, taking note of the 'Completed' and 'In review', you can see that they are not in the same order in which they are applied in the Navisworks mapping. It clearly says for Completed that it precedes In Review. 

This matters! When the issue is reviewed in ACC, changing to an incorrect status will affect further analysis in Navisworks.

The core problem here is that ACC was primarily developed with field teams in mind, and therefore the Statuses and their order are defined for how construction issues are managed. This does not translate particularly well into the design space.

I would like to see Navisworks updated so that the Clash Detective aligns with appropriate ACC settings.
