Our project has nine (9) Specification books, but because they share the same Spec Numbers, not all can be uploaded into the Specifications tool. As a result, eight of the nine are stored in the Files tool instead of being centralized in Specifications tool. The request is for functionality similar to Sheets' collections, allowing separate specification collections so different spec sets can coexist without conflict. The current workaround requires splitting each page into individual PDFs and uploading them separately, which is inefficient and difficult to manage.
