Currently, ACC does not allow multiple coordinators to be assigned in the RFI workflow, which creates challenges on projects with shared design responsibilities or when a coordinator is out of the office. We must manually reassign the role to keep RFIs moving, which adds administrative effort and can cause delays. Allowing multiple coordinators on an RFI type workflow - so either person can submit to reviewers and advance the process - would improve continuity, reduce manual changes, and better support real-world team structures.
