Multi Photo Organization

Multi Photo Organization

When adding Photos using the "Use Camera" option in either "Issues" or the "Photo" markup tool, whenever you take multiple photos in the same session, the photos do not retain the same order when you view them in the Issue or in Photos. They are given the same file name, which I think is the problem. You are forced to take one photo and select "Done", then re-enter the "Use Camera" option to keep the order in which you take the photos. This forces the users to hunt for photos, which is frustrating, considering you can't cycle through the photos in the active Issue without closing one and then opening another.

Improving the multi-photo functionality and enabling a scroll function in the Issues tool would be amazing!

PLEASE! This feature is critical to our quality control inspection documentation and the duplicate photo file names is a HUGE problem. Thank you for this recommendation. I would vote for it 100 times if I could.

This is a function that is truly needed. For example, if you are performing am electrical site survey and need to take multiple pictures of an electrical room to show pictures of a full panel, then the panel schedule and finally the breakers inside the panel. When you have multiple panels in the same room to take pictures of, if they don't get posted in sequential order, this will create a huge loss in productivity if you then have to go in and figure out which picture goes with which panel.

When using ACC app on (Android) Samsung S25 Ultra, the timestamp name changes when multiple photos are taken in a group using the specific time each photo was taken on. Which also keeps the correct order on which they were taken.
Unlike (iOS) iPad Air 5th Gen, using the final timestamp of when the person clicks done at the end. And uploading in a complete random order every single time.
