More methods to change view points

*more methods to change view points but not changing Views

For example.

1.  Copy every views and also create these view points in RVT, not just do these in nwd files.  I need a quick way to fly to another viewpoint but keep watching the issues in current view.

**If these view points can save to project, and using in other models will be better.

2.  Keep current viewpoint when changing model versions, so that I can Intuitively compare 3D model differences in versions.
