When routing a cost/subcontract for example through the approval workflow there should be additional information displayed on the screen that comes up when you click review. The screen should be a snap shot of critical information, currently this screen shows the schedule of values for the contact being entered but not the allocated budget amount to that cost code.
there should be a snippet of budget > commitment > profit/loss as that is the most important thing to know when approving a subcontract for distribution.
