We would like to suggest a messaging system within Trade Tapp, so we can communicate with subcontractors/applicants. Ideally the messaging system would live on the Summary tab of each prequalification application, which means we would need to be able to open this page even if the status is “Not Started.” It could live next to the audit trail, or right underneath. The largest challenge we have is the number of emails back and forth between subcontractors and our prequalification team. Messages get lost, are hard to find, and live in someone else’s inbox. With a messaging system inside Trade Tapp, we can see the history of all messages in one place at one time, regardless of who is communicating with the subcontractor. Would like to be involved to provide input and ideas for design/functionality, and happy to lead beta testing.
