Member Name Override

When members are added to a project and they already have an autodesk account, it defaults their name to how they set it up. Is there a way for the project admin to override their name that is associated to our member list. Often times we see the name populate as their first initial last name instead of first and last name. This poses a problem when generating a documents and also when sending for E-Signature.

I completely understand the issue, but consider the limitations of the impact of this feature, although you may change this on your hub(s), it will not have effect on other hubs if they are invited elsewhere.

Until you can change as an account admin, teach those user to change their ACC "My Profile", this overrides the basic Autodesk account values over all ACC regions at once.  If you're an account admin, extract the user list, screen it and send a friendly email. I hope the My Profile on ACC has been enrolled for all users in the meantime, if not, kindly advise to properly update their Autodesk account.

See this document on the move to separate the profile in ACC from the user's account profile (i.e. manage.autodesk.com).  *Why, I don't know, but I digress... For your users at your company using your firm, I would highly recommend sending this link.  If you have a good relationship with the users from consultants you are working with, you could send them this link as well to encourage their users to change their ACC profiles.
