I believe we are running into a issue in regards to the not only us but also the trades being able to see various items on ACC Build. I have gotten numerous inquires about not being able to see submittals specifically.
For example with submittals if we put down the actually trade company as the responsible contractor it appears that there may be a issues in who can view it. If we only put down a specific person in that company obviously only that person can see it.
This is an issue when filtering submittals on our end as well for example if I filter by a specific company, I should be able to see all the submittals tagged to that company regardless of who it is sent to . This does not happen however see the screen shots below
In project 7312 if I plug in JT Murphy as the responsible company 15 submittals come up, however if I click on all 9 individuals, 20 submittals come up. Can you run this by ACC?
