Meetings Folders

Meetings Folders

Could you add the ability to organize meetings into folders? Yes, they're separated by meeting series, but for example, could we go further and under those meeting series have the ability to file into specific discussions if need be? It would be nice to be able to keep meetings more organized.

Thank you so much!

We absolutely need some organization in the meetings. Ideally folders per scopes: design, quality, construction progress, etc.

We have a lot of parties involved in the project, a lot meetings and currently there is no any order in the meetings.

There is no even alphabetical sorting of meetings or any sorting.

Every time I open meeting order of meeting has changed completely randomly.

We need folders pre scopes and numbering of the meetings.

I also opened different idea to archive meetings.

Usually first meeting we have on ACC is our pilling subcontractor. This work finished early in the project and then we cannot ´´move´´ this meeting anywhere. Ideally, we would like archive in meetings for our subcontractors who are not working on the project any more. We cannot just delete these meetings, we need to keep a record.

Please improve meetings.

Messy system is cause for delays of the project and cost increase!!!!

I agree! We are looking to move our Pre Activity Meetings here which usually on requires 1 or maybe 2 meetings, but for each division. I'm afraid it will be hard to locate our more regular series once we've added these in! It would be great to group these into their own folder!

We'd also be open to being able to filter by type or name or something similar.
