We can currently only invite individuals to meetings on ACC. This means in order to share visibility of the minutes with for example the client team or project management team, we need to add each member to each meeting so they can view the minutes. They will not attend the meetings but they require visibility. Currently this wastes a lot of time, adding countless of people to each meeting we know won't attend. Could we either allow for roles & companies to be invited, or create another section within meetings that controls visibility. A new project manager needs visibility to all past meeting minutes, but adding them individually to 200+ past meetings is a waste of time. Instead, if it was per role, as long as the role 'project manager' was invited to all meetings, they automatically get visibility and they do not need to be added. Can this be urgently addressed please as there is currently no good solution for this.
