Meetings Agenda/Minutes

It would be great if the Agenda could be "locked" once the meeting starts, at which point you could add notes/minutes for each item (without affecting agenda items). Once the meeting is finished and the notes/minutes are completed, it could be "locked" as the final meeting minutes. Currently, we make notes on the Agenda and they get lost or conflated with the agenda items.
