Enable custom disciplines in RFIs the same way they can be sustomized in Sheets. Ideally add a global project discipline list shared across tools such ass Sheetsm RFS etc.

As it stands, we who run an industrial project, with disciplines such as List/Hoists, Instrumentation, Logistics - are forced to use a static hardcoded list as landcaping and interior design .
