When setting up folders, not everyone has access to view all folders, so "Project Files" Permissions are set to none. People who don't have at least view permissions are unable to click Project Files, so the folder cannot be selected and descriptions do not appear at the root level. Please make the Project Files root folder selectable, and default the view to open the "Project Files" folder so all root descriptions are available.
