It's essential that markups made by project members remain uneditable by others, even if those members have editing permissions within the folder. This ensures the integrity of the feedback process and maintains the clarity and accuracy of markups, preventing unauthorized alterations that could potentially lead to confusion or errors in collaborative work.

I agree, once markups have been published they should only be editable by project admins, particularly when markups have been created during the review workflow. They should be able to be 'locked' and 'unlocked' within the markup panel.
