Location Editing Issue in Forms

In Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Forms, we’ve noticed that the location field can be edited at any time until the form is closed.

This creates a risk of incorrect or unauthorized changes to the recorded location after the inspection or checklist has been initiated, potentially affecting data integrity and traceability.

Suggested Improvement:

• Once the form is created and the initial location is selected, the location field should be locked (or editable only by specific roles) to maintain accuracy and accountability.

Implementing this would help ensure consistent reporting and prevent accidental or intentional location changes.
